The exchange of an article may be made in one of the SPRY stores or by mail.

 

In store:
Items must be in their original condition.
The items must be presented with the corresponding receipt.
The client may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value.

By mail:

You can ship the item to Av. Engenheiro Duarte Pacheco Amoreiras, Torre 2 Piso 6 Sala 12, 1070-102 Campo de Ourique.
Items must be presented with the corresponding receipt and must be accompanied by the duly completed return form. Items must be in their original condition.
SPRY will only support the return cost in case of item defect or incorrect sent.
SPRY is not responsible in case of loss.

 

What can't be exchanged?
Items on sale can't be exchanged.

 

How long do I have to exchange an item?
All exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment or of the purchasing.

 

SPRY reserves the right to reject exchanges sent or communicated beyond the referred period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received/sold.

 

Unfortunately, SPRY don't ACCEPT RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES!
